- Single-Family Residential: Low to moderate income single-family properties at or below 150% of their Area Median Income (*Single-family projects in these counties are eligible for energy assessment services only at this time)
Project Types: Renewable Energy Systems, Energy Efficiency Improvements, or Greenhouse Gas Reduction on their new construction or retrofit project. *Single-family projects in these counties are eligible for energy assessment services only at this time
ENERGY EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENTS
Energy Assessment to identify and reduce energy consumption and energy burden. Feasibility, Analysis and Design Recommendations related to:
- City, County or School-wide Meter assessment and reduction opportunities
- Low to Moderate Income Multifamily and Single-Family energy assessment and reduction opportunities
- Streetlight and Traffic Light improvements
- High-efficiency heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HVAC)
- Insulation
- Building Lighting
- Cooling or refrigeration units
- Roofs, doors, garage doors and windows
- Replacement of energy-inefficient equipment
