Helping Hands is part of the Ecumenical Community Center Foundation (ECCF)

Any homeless or low income Linn County individual or family in need of emergency help is eligible to apply. There is no charge. HHM does not discriminate based on race,
creed, color, age, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, ancestry or veterans status. Helping Hands Ministry (HHM) helps low income Linn County families & individuals with financial assistance for:
 Rent - Utilities - Iowa ID’s - Single ride city bus tickets - 31 Day city bus passes for work -  Auto Gas vouchers for work & medical appointments
As well as personal care items and referrals to avoid evictions & shutoffs
