Coordinated Entry-Housing-Community Solutions of Eastern Iowa-Jackson County
Community Solutions of Eastern Iowa works to improve the viability, livability and environment of the cities and counties located in the ECIA region. This is achieved by addressing identified needs of their citizens using a holistic approach to help enrich their lives. Current programming includes: Homeless Prevention and Housing Services and more information can be found at the Eastern Iowa Coordinated Services website at: eicsr.org.
Coordinated entry is a process developed to ensure that all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access and are quickly identified, assessed for, referred, and connected to housing and assistance based on their strengths and needs.
Coordinated entry guides anyone experiencing homelessness to the correct support and housing program to end their homelessness permanently. Our region consists of Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson, and Clinton counties
